SENIOR PASTOR completes Central Pacific District License Request Form and submits it to the Licensing Coordinator.
The LICENSING COORDINATOR will take that information, create a HUB account and generate a senior pastor recommendation form (MP-0) that is emailed to the senior pastor.
The SENIOR PASTOR fills out and signs the MP-0 via the HUB.
The LICENSING COORDINATOR receives and reviews MP-0. Upon approval, an MP-1 Application is generated and sent to applicant.
The APPLICANT completes the MP-1 Application form.
The LICENSING COORDINATOR receives and reviews this form. A request for a background check is then generated and emailed to the applicant.
The APPLICANT follows the email instructions to submit the needed forms to our partner, Castlebranch, who then runs the background check. This takes 7-10 business days to complete.
The LICENSING COORDINATOR receives and reviews background check and will complete any appropriate follow up. The two MP-2s, Application References, are sent via the HUB to the two Foursquare Licensed Ministers designated in the MP-1.
Each designated FOURSQUARE LICENSED MINISTER completes the MP-2 via the HUB.
The LICENSING COORDINATOR reviews these forms and submits the candidate to the polity phase.
The APPLICANT works with their coach to complete the assigned resources which will be shipped to them, the polity course, and all interview training. When the COACH determine readiness, they contact the DISTRICT OFFICE to request an interview.
The REGIONAL PASTOR schedules the interview panel, time, and date. Once the interview is conducted, any remaining paperwork and the initial annual fee is requested form the applicant. The application is then submitted, in its entirety, to the board.
